Sony supprime 10 000 emplois et ferme 11 usines dans le monde
Howard Stringer, le nouveau patron américain de Sony, a dévoilé, jeudi 22 septembre, son plan stratégique pour relancer l’activité du groupe japonais d’électronique grand public. Une relance qui passe d’abord par une restructuration de grande ampleur.
La stratégie de M. Stringer est de lancer l’entreprise à la reconquête de son premier métier, l’électronique grand public (télévision, audio, jeux vidéo), qui représente 70 % de ses revenus. L’abandon de certaines activités périphériques est programmé.
Sony envisagerait par ailleurs l’abandon de sa ligne audiovisuelle de prestige Qualia et une réduction drastique de ses activités dans la robotique, une branche gérant notamment Qrio et Aibo.

Après HP, c’est au tour de Sony ; quelle crise économique ! Pas une bonne nouvelle pour la recherche et le développement surtout pour la branche robotique. Aibo risque de stagner quant à son évolution ; dommage ! :-(

Je dois avouer que cela me fait un peu peur. Mais Sony est une très grande entreprise que j’adore (après Apple) et j’ai confiance. Regardons Apple en 1995 !!! Que Sony sorte vite AIBO MIND version 3 et tout ira bien.

Ne vous inquiétez pas pour Sony !
Pour une entreprise, se rendre compte que ça va mal et réagir, c’est le début de redressement.
Et puit la nouvelle PSP est une superbe machine à divertir pour un prix très raisonnable (250€)
